The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office was honored to escort participants on the 4th Annual Capt Herb Memorial Toys For Tots Ride. For those who may not know, Captain Herb Emory was the voice of Atlanta traffic for many a long year, and was a great friend to this office. Toys For Tots was Herb’s favorite charity, and we would like to thank everyone who came out to participate.
