Sheriff Tim Pounds and staff would like to congratulate Deputy Paul Curtis on his recent graduation from Mandate. He started with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office Jail Division last December, and graduated Mandate on July 31, 2020. The US Air Force Reserves had to “borrow” him for a few weeks after his graduation, and we appreciate his military service. Becoming a law enforcement officer has been a life-long goal for Deputy Curtis, and we hope to have him with us for many years to come.
