Isaiah Wyatt Vaughn, 16 years of age, was last seen 04/26/2018 at his placement in Carrollton, GA. Isaiah could possibly be in Douglas or Carroll County. It is unknown what Isaiah was wearing at the time he left the placement. Isaiah is 5’11, 120 lbs., brown hair and light brown eyes.
