Tyler Carach AKA “Donut Boy” Visits the DCSO

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office would like to say thank you to Tyler Carach and the Biker Care Unit of Ga. For those that may not know, Tyler has taken it upon himself to bring donuts to every law enforcement agency in the US. That is a pretty amazing mission for a 9-year-old, and we appreciate the chance to spend time with him. More pictures and information can be found on his Facebook page: I DONUT need a reason to THANK a cop.

Lithia Springs Precinct Cleaning

When our Lithia Springs precinct recently needed a face lift, we called in one of our inmate work crews to power wash and paint the building. The precinct building is located at 1046 Oak Ridge Rd. Austell, GA 30168 and is open during regular business hours on most weekdays.

Fixing Jail Water Main

This is just one of our inmate work crews that maintain our office and other county and public use areas. Today, they repaired a water main break just behind our kennels.
